A Message to Our Customers about Coronavirus

Update - May 28, 2020

Lobbies are re-opening

Effective Monday, June 1st, Glasford Bank will be opening our doors to the public during regular business hours.

To best ensure the safety of everyone, we will continue taking steps to promote social distancing, provide hand sanitizer, and will disinfect surfaces and pens after Customer transactions. We encourage anyone who has concerns to continue to use the drive-thru windows or schedule an appointment to be seen away from the general public. 

While not required, if you choose to wear a mask, an employee may request that you lower your mask temporarily so we may verify your identity. 

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.

As always, Glasford Bank is here for all your financial needs and this situation is no exception.  There are a number of ways you can access your accounts and manage your finances.

If you need assistance, our staff will be available at 309-389-2551 during our regular business hours to answer any questions or concerns regarding your accounts.

As a precautionary measure, we are temporarily suspending lobby access and will provide drive-thru and walk-up service only at both of our branch locations, effective Thursday, March 19, 2020. Lobby access will be available by appointment for loan and deposit needs or to access safety deposit boxes.

This decision is an effort to practice the CDC’s social distancing recommendation while ensuring we’re available to more safely serve our customers during regular hours. The reduced access will remain in effect until the need for social distancing diminishes.

We expect the increased traffic in our drive-thru lanes may cause longer wait times. We appreciate your patience as we work to serve you as quickly as possible.

We understand the current situation may cause financial uncertainty and can be difficult for some of our customers.  If you are having financial difficulties due to job loss, reduced hours or other impact from the coronavirus, we’re here for you.  Please call us at 309-389-2551 to discuss your current challenges.
