If you have successfully logged in to Digital Banking before then choose 'Forgot?" on the login page. If you have not successfully logged in to Digital Banking before then please call the bank at 309-389-2551 and ask to speak to someone regarding your Digital Banking account, or stop by any of our locations. We may ask you questions to verify your identity before unlocking your account.
Before you can use the forgot password feature you will need to have successfully logged in to Digital Banking before, or if the information you provided does not match what we have on file please contact us 309-389-2551 for assistance.
Log in to Digital Banking, in the left menu at the bottom, select the arrow, Settings, Security, Change Username. The system may ask you to verify your password before accepting the change.
There is a 10–minute inactivity timeout to protect your account should you forget to sign off.
To rename an account, choose the account from the dashboard, settings, rename. Then type your new account name in the box and click save.
You may change your email address within Digital Banking under settings. The system may ask you to verify your password before accepting the change.
Simply set up a transfer from your Checking/Savings account to your loan by selecting a one-time payment or set up a recurring payment. If you do not have a deposit account at Glasford you can link to a checking or savings account outside the bank. Setting up external transfers accounts does require account verification that may take up to three business days.
